Simple & healthy dinner plate

If you want to eat light and low carbohydrate in the evening, then you should just make yourself a healthy vegetable dish, nicely prepared and seasoned with fresh herbs and to saturate poultry meat or fish.

One sleeps better when the stomach is not too full and the metabolism comes faster into the fat burning. I once uploaded my dinner plate from yesterday as a photo, but anyone can vary as he wishes.


On my plate are cucumbers, tomato peppers, onion, fresh dill as well as salt, pepper, garlic and a few drops of olive oil. Some slices of fried chicken breasts round it off.

Limiting carbs early in the evening or leaving them out has made me lose ten kilos in just a few months.

Some might do that for a while, but a little push in the right direction is certainly helpful for one or the other.
