Okara burgers

Okara patties, a very reasonably priced food. Quantities for about 12 - 14 Okarabällchen, the rest holds in the fridge or comes in the freezer.

ingredients

  • 250 g okara, 100 g oatmeal, possibly 1 part acc. Nuts / or cooked rice / rest.
  • 1 onion or ½ stick of leek, carrot, piece grated horseradish, 1 egg / egg substitute, (also without) broth as needed.
  • Spices: herbal salt, pepper a. d. Mill, curry hot, chili, turmeric

preparation

Finely grate the oats and if necessary nuts in the blender, clean and grate vegetables, briefly sauté the onions, mix all the ingredients, add dough to broth, leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes, season with 2 tablespoons of patties, place in hot Fry the fat, reduce the heat, slowly fry the patties from both sides.

Goes well with potatoes of any kind or pasta with tomato sauce and salad.
