Meatballs with fresh mushrooms to parsley potatoes

A simple meal that's cooked fast! Today we had a lot of appointments, but we wanted to do something right? eat. So there was this court:
Meatballs with fresh mushrooms and parsley potatoes:
ingredients
- 500 g minced meat half and half
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 diced large onion
- cooking fat
- potatoes
- fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup herb cream cheese or sour cream, brunch or cream fresh
- parsley
preparation
- Minced meat half and half is mixed with salt, pepper, paprika and 1 tablespoon of mustard and formed into small balls of the same size.
- While the potatoes are cooking, the minced meatballs are browned in a frying pan with little cooking fat from all sides. Swing the pan over and over again and possibly turn individual balls with a fork.
- Remove the cooked minced meatballs from the pan and put aside.
- In the well-worn fat fry a diced large onion and fresh sliced mushrooms.
- After the roast time of about 10 minutes, put the meatballs back into the pan, pan through, and possibly season.
- Season with a cup of fresh herb cheese or sour cream, brunch or cream fresh.
Sprinkle the boiled potatoes with parsley and serve with the frying pan.
