Super delicious yoghurt bomb, ideal as a Christmas dessert, but also in every other season the blast. Please prepare one day before!
ingredients
- 500 g of natural yoghurt
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 pck vanillin sugar
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 1-2 spoons of honey
- Fruits, no matter if red fruits like berries, tropical fruits like pineapple, mango, peach etc.
- a few walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts ...
preparation
Mix yoghurt, vanilla sugar and sugar. Whip the cream. Lift the cream under the yoghurt mixture. Lay out a sieve with a clean kitchen towel and place in a larger bowl (serves as a drain). Cool overnight and drain.
The next day, pour the mass out of the kitchen towel. Then fill the mass in portions in large glasses, I always take large wine glasses. Now cut the fruits and give them over. Then briefly toast the walnuts in the pan with honey (1-2 spoons) and sprinkle over the fruits. Finished!
The great thing is that you can vary it wonderfully ... we liked it best with light tropical fruits.
