Weight loss tips for working people

These little tips are intended to help bring more exercise into everyday life, especially for employed and stressed people, in order to get fitter and maybe even leaner. My motto is also: rather every day a little exercise in everyday life, rather than once a week in the gym.

- instead of sitting down with every possible opportunity, it would be better to spend a few minutes (for example bus, S-Bahn, employment office)

- get off one stop earlier and walk or even better make your way to work by bike


- If you go from the office to another room (kitchen, toilet, meeting room, canteen), just go a little faster than usual, save time and consume more calories

- stairs instead of elevator

- Accompany your favorite show with a home trainer or do simple muscle exercises in front of the TV

- Instead of calling neighboring friends or relatives, you can just pass quickly and pay a quick visit
