Sweet and sour pickled paprika with three types of cheese

These peppers are placed in a sweet and sour sauce before being filled and not fried or baked as usual.
ingredients
- Amount of Spitz or Snackpaprika at will, 12-15 pieces depending on size
For about 3 liters of broth
- 1 onion
- 3 L of water
- 8-10 tablespoons of vinegar essence
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 7 allspice grains (initiated)
- 1 bay leaf
- 15 peppercorns (triggered)
For the filling is suitable:
- cream cheese
- Shepherds cheese, feta cheese
the one with
- chopped basil
- chili
- coarse pepper
- small chopped black olives
- slightly sour cream for suppleness

preparation
- Make a broth from the ingredients.
- Put the peppers in the bubbling water.
- Boil briefly.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Remove and drain in a strainer and allow to cool (opening facing down).
- With a piping bag (a freezer bag with cut corner is also suitable) inject the respective filling into the pods and enjoy.
On photo 2, I tried three different cheese variations: goat cream cheese, cream cheese and cream cheese, which I refined each time with the ingredients mentioned above.
