Turn Camembert into flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Then dip again into the egg and into the breadcrumbs. The double breading is necessary because the Camembert otherwise expires when frying. Heat frying fat in a pot approx. 8 cm high. Test with the wooden spoon if the fat is hot enough: If bubbles rise on the wood, this is the case. In no case before the Camembert already in the fat, otherwise the fat is absorbed. Bake until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Then drain on kitchen paper.
